Gennady Sandyrev

Biography

Graduated from Perm State University where he qualified as a lawyer with a specialty in Jurisprudence. 1998–2002: worked in the tax agencies of the Russian Federation, rising from the position of State Tax Inspector to the head of the department for monitoring the tax assessment of natural persons.

Since 2002: manager of the Nalogi i Pravo (Taxes and Law) Group of Companies, a dynamically developing enterprise that provides tax consulting, auditing, legal and accounting services and organizes and conducts seminars.

Since 2006: Chairman of the Governing Board of the regional division of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in the Perm Region.

Since 2007: Head of the Department of the Civil / Legal Disciplines of the RMC Institute of Skill Development, a State Educational Institution for Continuing Vocational Education, dean, and instructor; Class II Advisor of the Tax Service of the Russian Federation, tax consultant, author of many magazine and newspaper articles on the subject of tax assessment and tax planning.

Since 2008: member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Russian Chamber of Tax Consultants (Moscow), manager of the section for the tax assessment of the income of natural persons and ЕСН.

Since March 2010: Director of the Audit and Tax Assessment Department of the Russian Builders’ Association.

Member of the Public Chamber of the Perm Region of the second convocation (2012–2013).
