It will be available beginning with December 26, 2011. All applications will be considered by the Directorate. In case of approval the applicant will be sent a written confirmation to the e-mail address provided.

Hotel and personal transportation expenses, as well as expenses for the organization of additional entertainment activities shall be paid separately by participants of all categories.
