Born in 1970 in Moscow.
In 1987, he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute.
In 1996, he graduated from the French Institute of Management in Paris (Institut Français de Formation aux Affaires et à la Gestion/IFAG-Paris).
From mid 1990s to early 2000s, he worked as an architect and director of projects in various Russian and foreign design and construction organisations.
Since 2002, he worked at the “Russia Project” Magazine, first as deputy editor, and then becoming its Editor-in-Chief in 2006. Since 2008, he also became the Editor-in-Chief of the “Project International” Magazine.
In 2008, together with Elena Gonzales, he worked as a curator of the “New Cities” Exhibition at the A. V. Shchusev Museum of Architecture during the 1st Moscow International Architecture Biennale.
Laureate of “The Golden Section” prize from the Union of Moscow Architects.
Professor at the International Academy of Architecture (Moscow office).
