Mikhail Bershadskiy

Biography

M. Bershadsky was born in Moscow in 1969.

Graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University (1994) and the Finance Academy under the Government of Russian Federation (1997).

In 1996–1999, worked as Chief of Administration for Stock Exchange Operations and Securities, Vice-Chairman of JSCB “Prominvestbank” Board of Adminitration, in 1999–2001 — Deputy Director General of Interrosimpeks, in 2001–2002 — Head of Financial Management of MMC “Norilsk Nickel”, in 2003–2007 — First Deputy Governor of Tver Region.
