Oleg Prozorov

Biography

He was born in 1968 in Moscow, and graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

From 1990 until 1996, he was a consultant in Brussels for various Belgian, Swiss, and Luxembourgian businesses regarding issues with working in the Russian and French financial and commodity markets. He has learned perfect French.

Since 1997, he has led the Belgian company MB INVEST and taken interest in computer science.

He studied Electronic Trade Marketing at the Catholic University in Leuven (L’ Université catholique de Louvain (UCL)).

He worked in Strasbourg as Deputy Director of Nolya.com (a Media Control Baden-Baden group).

In early 2002, he was elected Chairman of the STELLA ATLUX SA Company Board of Directors and filled this position until 2007.

Since 2010, he has been a managing partner for a company of tax consultants called ECR — Europe Conseils Realisations, SA.

He has been a representative in Luxembourg for the Belgium and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce for Russia and Belorussia, whose basic focus is directed towards implementing a comprehensive development program for Russian-Luxembourgian commercial relations.

He also participates in official foreign trade delegations of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
