Boris Milgram

Biography

Boris Leonidovich Milgram, Vice Prime Minister of the Regional Government, was born in 1954.

He graduated from Perm Polytechnic Institute in 1976.

He holds a Candidate of Science degree in Engineering.

In 1989, he graduated from GITIS (Russian University of Theatre Arts) and then worked as a Director at several Moscow theaters.

In 2004, he became Artistic Director of Perm Academic Drama Theatre (now Perm Academic Theatre-Theatre).

In 2008, Boris Milgram was appointed Minister of Culture of the Perm Region.

Now he leads Office of the Project for Innovations in Culture and Development of Urban Environment (Perm as the Cultural Capital).
